We were contracted by a developer to renovate a property on Chequer Drive which had become tired and outdated. The client specified that they wanted a full renovation.

Project duration

We completed this project in eight weeks.

Scope of work

We were the main contractor for all the work involved in the project:

  • Rewiring
  • Plumbing
  • Plastering
  • Rendering
  • New kitchen installation
  • New bathroom installation
  • Landscaping

Challenges and special
requirements

The client expected us to achieve a very high standard of workmanship that completely overhauled the property from its poorly maintained state at the start of the project. We worked closely with them to ensure that these standards were upheld at each stage. Basically every inch of the finished property, inside and outside, has been newly renovated.
