We worked with a developer to transform a garden site on Horley Row into a brand-new build.

We undertook every aspect of the project, from demolishing the original garage block on the site to completing the construction and internal works involved in the new build.

requirements

The client had high expectations and wanted us to achieve an exceptional level of workmanship. Our experience managing projects like these through to completion, combined with plenty of research, allowed us to meet the brief and overcome issues swiftly. There can be lots of red tape involved in new build projects, but we had the expertise to take care this aspect of the project on the client’s behalf.
